Subject: Which Trees to Plant Where?

So I am looking to replace about 6 trees that act as a privacy fence as seen in this picture.

The first is a picture of the biggest one, with fencing in it, pretty dead, on the corner of me and the neighbor who get along great. It is also right in from of the master bedroom and bathroom window but I want something I can keep high enough to mow under but not too big for the house.

Picture 2 is a solo decorative bush out front. I hate it and would like some color to brighten it up. Just going to pull it out with 2 trucks.

Picture 3 is similar to the scrubby trees that fill out the rest of the fence.

Picture 4 is 2 smaller junk trees that are rest next to a ravine they can be shoved into.

Picture 5 is the seeds my relative gave me to try out and have a good mix of color and growth, along with a dwarf lemon tree seed as I love lemons.

Any suggestions? Dwarf inside, red one up front and in front of the window.
