Central MN | What is this white substance in my soybean field? Some sort of fungus?

Central MN, picture is facing variety plot (dynagrow on right side, a couple of becks on left)
Planted 5/28
June: 1" rain
July: 2.5" rain
Aug: 3.5" (none since 8/14)
Some of the best ground we run. Only sprayed once so that was nice.
