We had a 9230, and ours had 3pt and PTO. I used it to plant and drill w/ and it worked great for those. Also used it on the grain cart and it worked good there, but the PTO doesn't have a soft-start option. It's either all on or all off. Sheared some bolts on the grain cart and sounded bad, but not too terrible.

Boog, you'd be surprised on the height thing. I just traded that 9230 off for an MX285, and from the ground to the floor in the 9230 was 64" (I think, really close anyway). On the 285 it's 60" from the ground to the floor. On your 275 I bet that the driver in it is actually higher than that. But our 9230 was on 38" rubber, so that might make a difference.
