Western-Central Lower Michigan | Here, I had 50 acres of CRP that I got permission to take out a couple weeks early (about this time of yr)
Anyway, The farmer I rented to sprayed, then ran the brush hog. Finally we used a "DISK CHISEL" or chisel plow with 4" turned points and left it till spring. Frost and rot, first pass was rough but then it smoothed right out second pass.
