Merrick nipples. I replaced all mine at the end of every turn, maybe a week or 10 days prior to weaning so they can get broke in a little. That way the new calves on the next turn won't have to work so hard. I think I could get a little longer out of them but by just doing it every turn I can keep a schedule and know they are always up to snuff
