Our non spoiled cows will eat thistle when we make them.

But that's a way of life out here in Dust Bowl country.

Good luck keeping them happy.


I think mine ate the ragweed this year. The hoppers have cleaned up the broomweed. There's nothing else left alive on the ground. We did finally cool off and we got a few little showers, but not enough to grow any grass. We were 112 one day last week and the rest were there to 105. I'm praying we get some measurable rain yet this week.
