259 bu x 56 lb/bu = 14,504 lbs ....

14,504 lbs x 1 ton/2000 lbs = 7.25 tons DM in the kernals

20 ton/acre x 0.36 = 7.2 tons DM in the complete stalk + ear

That means the stalks and cobs weigh nothing????
