West Central IL | Springfield has tabs that stick up in the bell end that makes you snap the spicket into the bell so than it holds it in place as it goes out the back of the boot. Timewell the gasket on the spicket was enough to hold the spicket and bell together In the picture you can see the colored plastic around the gasket. This is baby machine compared to the original post.
