| I tell customers to put a filter, (try to get the string ones not the paper) ahead of the waterer somewhere , I have one I put in the earth tube below the waterer, only thing is you have to unbolt the waterer to change the filter. It has been probably 4-5years since it has been changed. Depends on how much and what your size of your sand grain is how it works for you. | |
