NE IA | I disagree with this statement. Some CRP is CRP for a reason, not all. We have the NRCS actively working against farmers by going out to landlords and soliciting whole farms be put into the program. And they way CRP payments are set up, the better the dirt, the higher the payments so there is some pretty good dirt and nice 80s and 160s in crp becasue the landlord doesnt have to do anything, even if they are suppose to maintain it. | |
