Depends on hills, surface you'll be on and ration type. Neighbor who feeds out retained calf crop has a 420 patz on 2755 2wd open station deere I think those are around that hp. No front conveyor. feeds high grass ration and a dense corn silage ground corn type rations too. Never seems to have issues
