Maybe a cover crop needs to be planted following the wheat?
Looks like you will need a grass cover crop,
Because any broadleaf crop will be a host for the White Mold.
Sounds like you should change your rotation.
Maybe a Corn, Wheat, Cover Crop, and back to Corn, rotation, is an option?
