What type of silo? Glass lined steel is probably a loss as there is no way to separate the splinters from the silage. Stave silo you might be able to sort out the steel and concrete but you have to work fast or it will be spoiled. All the loaders and hand labor with pitchforks you can scare up and it won't be a fun day. A bag is probably a better option than a ground pile since it has already started to ferment.
