Cut for hay oct 1, baler, fall burn down, spring burn down, plant. Tillage on sod sucks to try and get lumps out. Itll take 4 or 5 passes and still be chunky with a disk. Only way I would till it is if it’s too rough to plant into. I’d plant at 3mph before I’d till it. Just remember lots of down pressure, especially press wheels pressure.

Cut it for hay? What would eat it?
