West Central Indiana | I’d probably want to get it chopped up and get all that residue started breaking down. If there’s a lot of warm season grasses in the crp it will be tough to kill with chemicals. If it’s not highly eroded ground I’d go with a disc of some sort first. Or a VT tool might be a better option. I’m dealing with a small creek bottom that was crp, but previous owner let it expire. Got it chopped up and plan on sowing clover tomorrow. Hopefully setting it up for some great corn next year.
