Ne Nebraska | Cut for hay oct 1, baler, fall burn down, spring burn down, plant. Tillage on sod sucks to try and get lumps out. Itll take 4 or 5 passes and still be chunky with a disk. Only way I would till it is if it’s too rough to plant into. I’d plant at 3mph before I’d till it. Just remember lots of down pressure, especially press wheels pressure.
