That's what i thought also. The bolts were originally in the holes with the circles around them. I moved them to the other holes. They tightened up very uneven. Took them back out and the holes looked like they were drilled with a hand drill, and taped crooked. Maybe i should have beat on the meat of big pulley with those jack bolts in there.
