| While there are a few that think that way I think it would be more accurate to say that most people feel that an EV won’t work for every situation that they would need their vehicle for.
Personally I think that an EV would be a perfect fit for my wife 90% or the time but I know that for the other 10% of the time she would need to take my ICE powered truck and then that would leave me without the vehicle I would need. I suspect that many people are that way. Owning vehicles is expensive enough and any benefit from owning an EV would be quickly overcome if it would require an additional ICE vehicle for the other 10% of the time. They definitely have the potential to get there, but they currently do have some significant limitations. | |
