Plan to use on farm storage and know your market outlet. Harvest time, elevators and terminals will discount wheat 16 ways to Sunday. Many times the discounts disappear a few months later. Between being able to pick up to carry in the market and letting the discounts erode, it is often worth, not giving up possession for several months after harvest.
