sleepy hollow , wi | on a 2015 f350 dually ,ford wanted 2k for both sides going back to oem springs ,if first set cracked I wasn't putting that back on . friend of mine works at a place called fleet pride out of Green Bay , they repair semis and heavy trucks . not sure if there's more stores or not. he got me heavier spring pack with bolts and nuts for same price .I have a utility box on so first side took me about 3 hrs by the time I figured out which wrenches it took second side about 2. worst was separating frame from axle with bottle jack. call a heavy truck repair place . , I couldn't find any junk trucks for leaf packs . the online stuff was cheaper but ive got enough to do without having to change it twice if it cracked again | |
