Since your pictures show only a valve block and one 4 pin connector, I suspect the 4 wires in that connector are the left and right solenoids.
Big problem however is that there doesn't appear to be a steering sense override. Most systems use a pressure sensor to tell the controller that the operator has started turning the steering wheel. Other than that much depends on the internal plumbing if that valve block. Most companies add another electrically powered cutoff solenoid but that function can be done with plumbing and spools in the valve. No way to know without taking the valve apart and mapping the passages.
So even if that is left and right steer in that connector, it won't do any good unless there is a steering override sensor or switch and for a NAV2 you also need to mount an auto sense sensor. That is what Trimble uses to determine steering angle.
Also don't scrap it if you pull it off. It's something that can be sold for at least a decent price.
