Mississippi and Missouri both low, Will they set new low levels and raise the freight rates more? Panama Canal drought also. They do not want to talk about how they enlarged the Canal so it can take bigger ships so it must have more water than before. No discussion about if enlarging the canal was not good because of the need for more water would just limit the freight during a dry season. Looks like they should use the old canal to pump water up stream to keep the freight flowing.
