You want radio or satellite corrections, and you already said that radio doesn't work.
Centerpoint is 1" accuracy and ~$1100/year.
Internet is the worst part of RTK. I have a SIM card in my autosteer monitor and it starts pulling the RTK signal as soon as it turns on, and even with that there can be problems, bad cell reception, tower goes down, etc.
Simple rtk system.
