By mapping you are just talking about measuring and recording applied rate? Every major mfg has the capability to do that.
If you want to variable rate Nh3 is much easier/cheaper to do vs liquid. I apply 30-150lbs of actual N using Nh3 at 10mph side dressing. To do that range while maintaining a constant speed with liquid would cost some $$$
