Around here there isn’t much better. The company intentionally creates an environment of us and them. Took me 25 years to get to straight days, I make $30,000 over the sweat shop jobs, and only a moderate amount of forced OT. Honestly I’ve got myself into a position all I do 85% of the time is paper or computer work. |
