North Central Ohio | Installed AgLeader's Steercommand on a pickle harvester....and I can not get the darn thing to stop weaving. AgLeader Integra, GPS 6500 on Terrastar C, Steercommand (everything on latest firmware). Here is everything I have tried: New steering ECU, new vehicle profiles (mostly generic combine), swapped the high flow closed center steering valve for a compact closed center steering valve, moved gps up front, tried the usual cab roof location, updated wheel angle sensor to the hall effects version, changed location of the wheel angle sensor. I'm thinking different gps next?? I've tried the advanced tuning pages with no luck. One thing I have found is that the first page (tuning) works as expected, but when I get to the heading and cross track tuning, the thing goes bonkers...does not make the changes you'd expect it to make. Any other ideas out there?? Thanks
Its a closed center, pressure compensated steering system (no load sense), basically has 2200 psi all the time.
Lowering steering response takes a lot of the weave out but it gets too lazy and drifts several inches offline.
