Subject: Moving existing trusses

Manitoba
Recently purchased a property with old hog barn 38x160. 9 foot ceiling and a lot of obstacles for what I’d like to use building for. The walls aren’t the best as the concrete pony wall has given out. The roof though seems to be in great shape for the age of the building (40 yrs old )My thoughts are to build a pole structure with 14-16 foot walls and move pieces of the roof over to new structure. Anyone ever done something similar? Thinking moving 20-30 feet of roof at a time with a crane or 10-15 foot sections with tellehandler. Level ground. Short move Would make new building 38x120 at most
