How is buckhorn plantain a problem? cows eat it and it is green, if it is there it is being allowed by some other activity or lack of desirable perennials establishment, not preventing other species. IMO, it is a pasture as long as cows eat what is growing you don't have a problem, if they do not eat what is growing that is another story.
Is anyone going to do any fall herbicide on pasture?
