EC SoDak | Maybe we will get a harvest bump. This finishing weather has been crap for a while now, at least my way. It’s been full swing silage chopping around here for the past week. Some silage is good, some kind of ok, some is poorer. By and large it just depends what caught the spotty but decent Aug 4th rain and what didn’t. Some of the beans seem decent yet, but it’ll be interesting to how both crops look come Tuesday. It was windy today, windy and 90s tomorrow, then mid to upper 90s through Monday. Still no rain in sight. Lol
The fam and I got away tonight to attend SDSU’s football opener. Had to leave at halftime to get home and put the kids to bed, but the Jacks were up 42-0 at that point. Go Jacks!
