Either tractor would handle a 5-spindle disc mower in most conditions without issue. The 4x5 baler will be too much for the 5075 in real-world usage. When the baler is near full or on hills it will bog down, forcing you to gear down. Be very careful about implement claims on horsepower. They are always under ideal conditions.
