SW Louisiana | I feel for you. 3 years and 3 days since Laura hit here. We were 30 days w/o power, but luckily water was restored in around 4 days.
A few things I wish I would have stocked up on that aren't always thought of and was hard to find:
Chainsaw - bar and chain lube, 2 cycle oil, extra chains, a way to sharpen the chains
Generator - small engine oil was very hard to find
Charcoal or propane to cook with
This will save a lot of time after cutting the trees off the fences.
