The 5075 wouldn't have DEF. The latest iteration doesn't have a DPF either. Are you sure about the tires? Our 5085 only has 18.4-30s.
A 5075 won't have any trouble with a five disc mower, but if you want to make bales in any conditions other than dry hay on level ground you'd want more power.
