nteresting. How is the water there? Surface or deep well? I would think most years it would struggle to pay in your area. As you say tho, a year like this is gonna add 80-150 bu so it can pay back quick.
Here beans under water will be 40 bu or more over dryland. No subsoil when the heat hit = poof.
