There are a handful of colleges, I think mostly on the east coast, that have put mask mandates in place.
If you think some of the governors aren’t chomping at the bit to put emergency declarations back in place, you don’t understand how much they enjoyed the power that it gave them. Jelly Belly will do it as soon as he thinks he can get away with it. I think people, downstate anyway, will fly the middle finger to him this time.
