SMS will do what you want, but I wouldn’t call it cheap. I found Trimble’s “farmworks” better at managing and creating guidance lines, now “farmer core”. Don’t know it’s current price. That being said, I use SMS now.
Other options? Good question that I don’t have any answers for.
