The problem is I think you are assuming there is more "good" soil in the I states then what there really is. As ive said before we typically get the yields we do based on the rain we normally get. I can drive 30 minutes and be on a bunch of ground that probably avg sub 150. Remember Tileman2? Go try farming his ground.
