SW Minny | Thx for the comments FW, I think all of us have combined that outside round or two and know how hard it is to bring the field average up, especially on small parcels.
I guess I would think there would be a boatload of 220s-240s around in Districts 3, 5, 6, and 7 to move those lower numbers up in Districts 1, 2, 4 and 8 to get to 197.
I'm not sure how many samples I saw on Twitter that were up in that range?
