just a tish NE of central ND | If properly mounted and filled with air they work. I personally would never miss split rims or snap rings on wheels for the most part. It would at least partially eliminate the human error part. They(splits and snaps) were made to work. Human error can be brutal and deadly though. I've seen a cage at pushed apart in the middle at the coop from a tire mounting issue.
