SW Minny | Greetings Iowa folks,
I am struggling to understand the initial Minnesota-Iowa PF samples mirroring each other and then having the final Iowa number +20 bushels over.
For the record, I think Minnesota is struggling some, I have farmer friends in the D3 drought area of SE Minnesota, Minnesota isn't my point.
Based on the drought map, and only one district barely over 197, how can Iowa be at 197 ?
