According to FieldView, it ranged from 0.4”-4.7” on the ground we farm, with 2.5”-3.5” catching the bulk of it. Should help the beans some, pretty much too late for the corn. We were planning to start shelling Monday, but actually gained some moisture when we sampled it Friday, I guess from the extremely high humidity last week.
I’ve been saying for a while that I bet we have to fight some mud this fall. We’ve missed a lot of “sure thing” rains all year. This was the first event where we got significant rain that wasn’t predicted.
