EC SoDak | Is it a Viper Pro? Generally it means your touchscreen is bad. Sometimes checking power and also seeing if if you have any power on the ground can tell you something. I believe the #1 pin ground and the highest number pin is your power. So make sure the power is good, then put your black prong on a ground in the cab and the red prong to pin 1 and make sure it’s zero. You can always just disconnect the wires too for a few minutes and reconnect and see if that does anything for you.
