Honestly, this sounds like an awful lot of cut and tape to make this work.
I would either bite the bullet and get the full AgLeader kit even though it will be well over $10,000, or just buy a used 2630 display and used SF3000 Receiver, and keep them with your combine. All the display would need is an AutoTrac unlock. Other than maybe a harness or two for your cab, it should just plug right in and go.
