NW Indiana | IL is amazing if it can pull that off after being that dry until June 29th, although I don't think it was a dry as I was experiencing. Indiana would also be one heck of a recovery although I don't think overall it was in as bad of shape as IL was. Although if you look Pro Farmer missed IN and IL badly last year on the low side, do they do it twice in a row or did they make sure they compensated? If you look at each state imo it looks like they started with the usda number and then just adjusted for the recent heat.
