Plug your body stats and activity level into a total daily expenditure calculator. Knock 2-500 calories off that and you have your calorie intake goal. WEIGH your food until you get good at estimating the calories and log everything you eat. It is annoying at first but results will soon follow. Every pound of fat is 3500 calories so you can predict your weight by doing some math with your deficit. Exercise helps but always remember you can't outrun your fork. | |
