Gets the most corn in the combine of any head on the market in my opinion. Self adjusting deck plates are a game changer. Disadvantages are that they can’t sit out in the rain and require a greasing/general maintenance.. is that too big of a pain to deal with to get the extra bushels? That’s for you to decide.


I’ll agree with everything you said. The area below the deck plates can get trash built up and if it gets rained on the shock action of the deck plate doesn’t work that great until the trash gets cleaned back out. We went from an old 864 IH corn head to the Drago GT and are very happy.
