There is nothing dishonest or corrupt but you have to recognize that they are in control once title passes. They are in it for their return to investment, not yours. As long as you realize it is not like renting from mom and dad or your grandma and it is not a high margin deal for you than it may work for you. But go 8r to with your eyes wide open.



I'm not sure how investors are penciling a reasonable ROI on $20k+ farmland when you can dump money in a CD for 5%+.

Looks like a market that is ripe for a correction.
