Subject: Need help finding the right sockets

I am trying to put together a few 23 pin ampseal connectors. I ordered the parts through digikey. I ordered part A129015-ND and sockets #A106536-ND. I want it to mate with A105103-ND but the sockets are loose on the pins. Can anyone point me in the right direction to order the correct sockets?

Actually I have another question as well. I ordered that A105103-ND connector because I am trying to put a connector through the side of a box. That is the best connector I could find for that but it has an array of pins that I believe are supposed to get soldered onto a circuit board. What I really want to do is have it go to wires instead. With this connector I would have to solder the individual wires onto the pins. Does anyone have a better idea? Is there a connector out there made for what I want it to do? I assume there is but I don’t really know what to look for.
