Nw Iowa | Investors want return. That is what term investor means. So they want to buy below market and rent at market or above. There is nothing dishonest or corrupt but you have to recognize that they are in control once title passes. They are in it for their return to investment, not yours. As long as you realize it is not like renting from mom and dad or your grandma and it is not a high margin deal for you than it may work for you. But go 8r to with your eyes wide open. | |
