If I remember correctly, this doctor spoke highly of nattokinaise for plaque control. He also has a book out called Chronic which wife and I have listened to on audiobooks.

The baby aspirin recommendation has went by the wayside. They decided the potential damage outweighed the potential benefits for primary prevention (although a few may still benefit for secondary prevention). That is what the video I linked to talks about.
