| Wife is lactose intolerant to the point of feeling nauseous after having shrimp cooked in butter at a restaurant. Lots of other examples too many to list. She has done lots of research on A2A2 milk from a Jersey cow and got me aboard as well. Got her home yesterday and milked out about 2.5 gallons this morning (would’ve been more but spilled some, she hand milked). Didn’t take the plunge lightly but we are excited and she can drink a tall glass of this milk no issues whatsoever. Tastes great too
